2025 in Historic Downtown Lebanon

Downtown Lebanon saw strong momentum in 2025, reflecting continued investment, growth, and confidence in the district. Nearly $3.94 million was invested, supporting 22 building renovation projects that strengthened historic structures while keeping them active and relevant. These improvements contribute to a downtown that honors its past while creating spaces that serve today’s residents, businesses, and visitors.

This activity also fueled economic opportunity across the district. Eleven new businesses opened downtown, bringing new energy and experiences to the community, and 31 new jobs were created. As a Main Street organization, Historic Lebanon Main Street works to preserve, enrich, and promote downtown as the vibrant heart of the community, championing the people, places, and partnerships that make this progress possible and helping create an environment where investment and local enterprise can thrive.
